My intention behind everything I make is to create something that feels nostalgic, timeless, and meant to be lived with.

My name is Minsun, but often go by Min.

My work has always been about following curiosity — finding ways to create joy through art. I didn't plan on landing in surface pattern and children's illustration, but it wasn't accidental either; it was navigated by searching toward things that feel good to live with. The kind that sneaks into everyday life through a pattern on bedding or wallpaper, a print on a t-shirt, or a picture in a book.

I'm a fine artist and illustrator with roots in Fine Arts, Fashion, and Beauty. I've moved fluidly from painting to drawing, drawing to pattern, pattern to the pages of children's books — and I specialize in surface pattern design and children's illustration for textiles, home decor, lifestyle products, and publishing. Drawn to vintage-inspired themes, nostalgic textures, and the quiet details that make people look twice.

I’m currently based in California—usually always drawing.
